Temple Emanu-El warmly invites you and your loved ones to join us for a heartwarming Festival of Lights Shabbat family service. As we commemorate the second evening of Chanukah, we’ll gather in the glow of the menorah to celebrate the timeless story of the Maccabees’ triumph and the miraculous rededication of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.

Our sanctuary will resonate with the harmonious melodies of Chanukah favorites, blending with the traditional tunes of the Friday Evening Shabbat service. Together, we will kindle the Chanukah lights, each flame a testament to the enduring strength and resilience of our faith. As we recite the blessings, let the spirit of the Maccabees inspire us to bring light into our lives and into the world.
